The Aspiren group are a performance management consultancy who have developed a performance management soluiton, Aspireview. Aspiren’s solution is available both in the UK and internationally and will enable businesses to undertake performance management assessment, including balanced scorecard analysis, on a rental basis.

The Brief
In order to ensure its successful implementation and provide Aspiren with a robust service, TDM Group were asked to design, create and implement the technology to enabled Aspireview to be readily available to businesses whenever needed. This included defining the architecture, as well as configurating the network and operating system. The contract with Aspiren is on an on-going basis, with TDM being responsible for ensuring businesses have the ability to access Aspireview 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Solution

We cannot afford for our systems to go down and that is why we chose TDM Group, as they understand our needs and our requirements. Its independence from ISPs and the security services it offers were particularly attractive for us.”
Aspirens need was for a reliable, robust and continualy available systems solution, which would support its software service over the internet service. To accommodate this TDM Group designed a completely redundant solution. The solution included mirroring of disks and multiple groups of servers, providing both SQL and Web support, together with daily backup and bespoke technical support to accommodate specific requirements. Furthermore, Aspirens solution utilises TDM Group’s redundant infrastructure, which provides multiple independent ISP links, redundant routing and switching within dual datacentres.
