Creating a resilient infrastructure
TDM Group’s infrastructure is designed to meet the most stringent requirements of mission-critical systems. Our network is built using industry-leading hardware with no single point of failure. We have full redundancy: on ISP connectivity (using multiple different ISP suppliers), on all routers and on switches.
Combined with the multiple data centres, this has created an extremely secure, reliable and fast platform that allows us to offer high-quality managed host.
Branded hardware
Our server solutions use only branded HP or Dell products from recognised suppliers, who adhere to stringent quality processes. In this way, we avoid the dangers inherent in ‘self-build’ or third-party solutions.
State-of-the-art data centres
All servers hosted by TDM Group are located in state-of-the-art secure facilities in different physical locations. They are connected by multiple WAN leased lines, using different suppliers and different physical cable routes links to provide added resilience to our solutions.
Although our data centres are completely 'transparent' to most of our clients, security is taken very seriously. Each data centre possesses high levels of security, including the latest staffed 24*7*365 surveillance video cameras, biometric entry systems, and security breach alarms. At these data centres, we allocate our clients their own protected private network and IP addresses that can be assigned to their servers.
