Reseller Partner
TDM Group Reseller Partners are able to resell TDM Group’s managed hosting services under their own name or brand. The Reseller owns the client relationship and is responsible for identifying and closing business, providing first-line support, holding contracts and billing the client for services.
Marketing and sales support for Reseller Partners
- Access to TDM Group marketing material through the TDM Group Partner Portal
- Use of the Authorised TDM Group Reseller Partner logo, indicating member status
- Free-of-charge sales training, when delivered at the TDM Group office, to all sales team members
- Quarterly sales updates at the TDM Group office, covering any new pricing, products, services and new sales and marketing initiatives
- Technical training (chargeable) on their premises or at the TDM Group office
- An individually assigned Partner Account Manager to be the single point of contact with TDM Group
- Quarterly Partner Update email
- Opportunity to feature in the TDM Group email newsletter to all our clients
- A link to the partner’s business from the TDM website
