Introducing the TDM Group Support team

We are extremely proud of our Support team – quite rightly so. They share our passion and dedication to providing excellent service. They’re the experts who ensure you receive all the help you need whenever you need it, measured against clear, concise Service Level Agreements.

While it goes without saying that we exercise great care in selecting our Support staff, it’s worth pointing out that we don’t just look for crucial technical and troubleshooting expertise; we also value the ability to build a good rapport with clients, make a valuable contribution to the work of the team, and demonstrate a real flair for technology.

Once we’ve recruited our Support staff, we are committed to their professional development, as with all our employees. In looking after our team, we create a climate in which they can care for our clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
