Our technical support staff are all required to regularly attend training courses with our wide range of software and hardware partners, as well as courses for their own professional development such as project management courses, ITIL qualification and advanced customer service certification.
Beyond this we support our Sales and Marketing team as they continue their personal development by working towards industry qualifications in IT solutions sales, product training courses and official accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Our Operations team are also supported in their efforts to achieve industry qualifications in accounting, financial management and operational excellence.
TDM Group also operates a successful apprentice scheme, encouraging young and inexperienced people with the right attitude, to join the company and work towards gaining real industry experience as well as valuable qualifications.
